Meatballs!

* A couple of pounds of beef mince
* 3 or 4 eggs
* 3 cups of oatmeal
* Half a cup of wheat germ

Directions:

Form into meatballs then place them on a baking sheet and put in the freezer. Once frozen, place into containers. Microwave for about 30 seconds * number of meaballs, depending on size. Give 2-3 per day.
